ARGON Company
ARGON presents its new infrared roaster, INOX series. A long list of qualities, combined with its robust construction, make it the favourite among true roasting professionals.
Burners
Injected cast aluminium (unique on the market), with individual gas injectors for each burner. Double radiant steatite plate, in accordance with international standards for butane/propane gas. Framed in 18/8 stainless steel. Very easy to replace in case of breakage, using simple screws.
Motors
Individual for each spit, with independent switches. Very low consumption: 12 watts, 220 V, 50 Hz. (On request, they can be supplied at different voltages and cycles). Direct transmission from motor to spit, without chains or pulleys.
Glass Panels
New reinforced hinge system in 18/8 stainless steel. Double set built into each unit. Heat-resistant, fire-tempered at 280°. They eliminate heat, smoke and odours. Great energy savings. Shorter roasting time.
Construction
Solid stainless steel structure, vitrified enamel at 950° and fire-enamelled plate. All material in contact with food is 18/8 stainless steel. The space between burners is vitrified enamel, facilitating cleaning and anticipating wear. Harmonious and practical colours that transform the roaster into a splendid display case.
Accessories
LPG gas installation according to current regulations. Spits, skewers and tray entirely in 18/8 stainless steel. Heat-resistant handles and controls. Practical built-in spit remover. Optionally, the roaster can be equipped with a manual spit rotation system.
Roasting
The staggered arrangement of ARGON burners allows infrared rays to penetrate deep into the meat, ensuring uniform roasting with perfect golden exterior and thorough internal cooking. For the burners to produce intense infrared, they must never burn with a flame. Our gas injector system prevents flame and ensures that end burners work as effectively as those in the centre.
Warranty
Total and absolute. Our construction system based on completely independent elements (motors, burners, valves, installation) prevents the unit from going out of service when you need it most.
Safety
Start-up, operation, use and maintenance instructions are detailed in the manual accompanying each roaster. All ARGON units are equipped with a safety valve and shut-off thermocouple. Very simple operation. Industrial installations must be carried out in accordance with regulations.
